1-901 Main trafficway designations for bond financing purposes.
(a)The following are designated as main trafficways of the city pursuant to K.S.A. 12-685 et seq. for purposes of bond financing certain improvements:
(1)Main Street (from city limits to city limits);
(2)5th Street (from Main Street, north to North Street);
(3)6th Street (From Main Street, north to Clay Hill Road);
(4)North Street (from 5th Street to 6th Street);
(5)Clay Hill Road; and
(6)3rd Street.
