(a)   The following are designated as main trafficways of the city pursuant to K.S.A. 12-685 et seq. for purposes of bond financing certain improvements:

(1)   Main Street (from city limits to city limits);

(2)   5th Street (from Main Street, north to North Street);

(3)   6th Street (From Main Street, north to Clay Hill Road);

(4)   North Street (from 5th Street to 6th Street);

(5)   Clay Hill Road; and

(6)   3rd Street.
