Article 3. City Swimming Pool

12-301.      Established.

There is hereby established a swimming pool for the city to be known as the Towanda City Swimming Pool.

12-302.      Pool manager.

The city swimming pool shall be operated and managed by the pool manager, under the supervision of the governing body.

12-303.      Rules and regulations.

The pool will be operated in accordance with the rules and regulations concerning health and safety of swimmers, devised, posted and enforced by the pool manager. Persons who fail or refuse to abide by such rules shall, after warning, be excluded from use of the pool.
